Decent stay, but with room for improvement

Check-in took longer than expected, but the staff remained friendly throughout my stay. The restaurant offered a good selection, but the food could use a refresh. Ideally, request a room far from the conference area for a quieter experience. Still, a comfortable stay overall.

radisson was a wonderful experience! it’s great to find a pet friendly hotel that doesn’t feel like a dive. the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman at breakfast who was so nice! we also loved the two free drink tickets and 10% off dinner. the room was comfy, and relaxing on the sleeper sofa with a chilled drink was a highlight.

Had a sweet stay with two free drink tickets! The Italian restaurant on-site was great, and the jacuzzi was a nice touch, even when it was hit or miss.

We spent two nights in a queen room and loved the above-average breakfast selection and the delightful pool area. The friendly staff made our stay even better! Would totally return!

great parks and attractions within walking distance

I really loved how easy it was to visit the children's museum just under 5 km away and take a leisurely stroll through the lovely mascoutin valley state park trail, making my stay feel even more enjoyable and connected to the local scenery. plus, having a fantastic restaurant on-site provided good food and a great atmosphere after a long day of exploring. as a solo traveler, i appreciated that my queen room was spacious and clean, providing a perfect retreat after a fun day of city walking, but the housekeeping could use a bit more attention to ensure everything is top-notch.

Friendly staff and solid breakfast, but room had a strange odor.

Our Queen room with two queen beds was okay, but I was pretty shocked by how dirty it was. The towels we used to clean the bathroom became black, and the sink didn't drain. We mentioned it to the front desk, but nothing was done. Definitely could have been better maintained.
